our job done until we have your order shipped AND a tracking
number (in most cases) has been made available to you. Problems
and delays occasionally happen. However, you can rest assured
we are working to quickly solve them. We won’t charge you until
our work is complete, and we have the shipping confirmation
and tracking number either from our warehouse or from the manufacturers.

best prices. We don’t play games with shipping charges, so-called

We stand behind our products. Sometimes an item isn’t what you
expect, you don’t like the color, or your needs have changed.
We understand. Just send it back. We don’t charge a restocking
fee. You pay only for the return shipment. Many of our shipments
have a return label in them. Just call our Customer Service
Center to let us know it is coming so we can expect it, and
how you wish to resolve your order. (Note: personalized items

Ever wonder what in the world happened to your order? We’ve
made it simple by integrating our system with all of our vendors
so you can check the status of your order at any time. Of course,
if something doesn’t look right, just send us an email or give
us a call and we’ll be happy to research it for you.
Quality Guarantee
We guarantee all of our products to be free from manufacturer
defects for a period of one year (besides electronics, which
follow manufacturer warranties). If you have a problem, contact
us. You don’t need to contact the manufacturer to get your issue
resolved. We will deal with the vendor for you and do our very
best to resolve the problem. This also makes us aware of any
issues our customers may be experiencing with products or manufacturers.
Personalization Guarantee
Personalized products are guaranteed to arrive as ordered or,
in the case of a rare misspelling, a replacement will be quickly
issued. If you do receive a personalized item that did not come
as ordered, just give us a call and we will immediately start
working on the problem.
Accurate Ship Time Estimates
We frequently update shipping times so that we have the most
current information available to accurately determine when your
order should ship. Sometimes, unexpected delays occur that we
are unable to predict. In these instances, you can easily and
conveniently track your order online to see where your order
is and the estimated ship date or date of arrival.
